Login Limit features used to support safer and responsible gaming by temporarily blocking or restricting access to an account for a defined period.
Follow the steps below to apply a login limit to your account:
- Click on this link: https://funalomax.com/en/limit-settings or login to your account and go to Profile Menu and choose 'Self Limit'.
- Select Login Limits, then tap Add New Limit.
- Choose your preferred login limit duration: 3 days, 7 days, or 14 days.
Please note that re‑login will only be allowed once the selected wait period has fully elapsed.

Can agent lift a Login Limit early?
No. During the active period, the restriction is immutable. Agent can confirm status and expiry but cannot remove or shorten it.
What happens to existing sessions when I activate a Login Limit?
All active sessions are terminated. New login attempts are denied until expiry.
Is my account closed when a Login Limit is active?
No. Your account remains open but inaccessible. Access is automatically restored at expiry.
