- Select KYC Verification, then tap Verify Now.
- Carefully review the Consent Form and select Agree and Continue to proceed.
- Upload a valid government-issued ID from the accepted list below.
- Complete the liveness check, including a selfie and face verification.
- After completing the liveness check, go to Profile Info and provide the following details:
- Address
- Work Type
- Source of Income
Providing your email address is optional. However, it may be used to send a One-Time Password (OTP) in case you no longer have access to your registered mobile number.

- Phil ID/National ID
- Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
- Taxpayer/BIR card
- Postal ID
- Social Security Card/SSS ID
- Voter's ID
- PhilHealth ID
- Passport

NOTE: Digital copy of the Driver's License, TIN and National ID are now accepted.
