Incomplete Verification

Verifying your account is quick and easy. Simply go to your Profile, select “KYC Verification,” and provide the required information. You’ll also need to upload a clear copy of a valid government-issued ID and follow the on-screen instructions.

Accepted IDs include:

• Phil ID/National ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Taxpayer/BIR card
• Postal ID
• Social Security Card/SSS ID
• Voter's ID
• PhilHealth ID
• Passport
• Residence permit

• Driver's License

  NOTE: Digital copy of the Driver's License, TIN and National ID are now accepted.

• Provide the Front and Back image of the ID.

• The ID should be fully visible or edge to edge, not cropped or blurred.

• The selfie clearly shows the patron’s face and the ID.
