Self-exclusion

We understand that you wish to be self-excluded Ka-FUNalo. 

Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily restrict access to your account for a set period. While the exclusion is active, you will not be able to access your account, and any request for reactivation will remain irrevocable for 6 months.

Please note that your account will also be tagged with an additional exclusion flag, and you will need to submit the required exclusion documents listed on the PAGCOR website, including one valid government-issued ID from the following:

  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
  • Postal ID
  • Voter’s ID
  • Social Security System (SSS) ID
  • Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
  • Philippine Maritime Industry Authority Card
  • National ID (card only)

Please also be informed that you must indicate the reason for your self-exclusion request.
